Introduction
Agreement Between You and 96ok
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 96ok ("we", "us", "the Platform") and govern your use of the 96ok website, all games, the cashier, and every associated service. Eligibility

Minimum age: 21 years. 96ok strictly prohibits access by anyone under 21. We may request proof of age at any time. Any account found to belong to an underage player will be immediately suspended and all funds may be forfeited pending investigation.
96ok also reserves the right to refuse or terminate access for any player at its sole discretion, including where 96ok has reason to believe the player is engaging in prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent that exclusion by opening new accounts. Any such attempt will result in permanent closure and forfeiture of all outstanding balances.

You agree to update this information promptly if it changes. 96ok may verify your registration details at any time and may request supporting documentation.
🔐 Account Credentials
You are solely responsible for keeping your 96ok login credentials confidential. You must not share them with any third party. All actions taken using your credentials are deemed authorised by you. If you suspect a breach, notify 96ok support immediately and change your password without delay.
🪪 Identity Verification (KYC)
96ok conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in line with applicable anti-money laundering obligations. You agree to supply any documents requested for KYC purposes, including a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC within the required timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or account closure.
🚫 Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting 96ok support. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be resolved before closure is finalised. 96ok may close or suspend your account without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law. Balances may be forfeited where closure results from a breach.
Payments
Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions
All financial transactions on 96ok are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Supported payment methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and major Bangladesh bank transfers including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. 96ok does not accept cash, cryptocurrency, or international payment cards.
💰 Deposits
Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. 96ok imposes no platform fee on deposits. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are shown in the cashier section. bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited within 60 seconds under normal network conditions.
📤 Withdrawals
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. Applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before withdrawal. 96ok targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for bKash and Nagad under normal conditions. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed on the same business day for requests submitted before the daily cut-off. No platform fee is charged on withdrawals.
🔍 Transaction Disputes
If you believe there is an error in a deposit or withdrawal transaction, you must notify 96ok support within 14 days of the transaction date. 96ok will investigate and respond within a reasonable timeframe. Disputes raised after 14 days may not be investigated. All transaction records maintained by 96ok shall be considered authoritative in the absence of manifest error.
Bonuses
Bonus Terms, Wagering Requirements, and Promotions
96ok offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. General rules that apply to all promotions unless otherwise stated are described below.
Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus funds or winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms. Depositing without claiming a bonus does not impose any wagering requirement on your deposited amount.
96ok reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that bonuses already credited remain subject to the terms in force at the time of crediting. Players found to be abusing bonus offers — including opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, or employing strategies specifically designed to exploit bonus wagering conditions — will have their bonuses voided and accounts reviewed for suspension.
Prohibited Conduct
Actions Strictly Prohibited on 96ok
The following conduct is strictly prohibited. Discovery of any such conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities.
🤖 Automated Systems and Bots
You must not use any automated betting system, bot, script, software, or AI tool to place bets or interact with games on 96ok. All activity on your account must be conducted manually by you as a human player. Use of any automated system will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds held in the account.
👥 Collusion and Match Fixing
Any form of collusion between players, including coordinating bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome, is strictly prohibited. Participating in or facilitating any match or event fixing is also prohibited. 96ok actively monitors betting patterns and will report suspected fixing to sporting bodies and law enforcement authorities.
💸 Money Laundering
96ok maintains a strict anti-money laundering policy. You must not use the platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities. 96ok is required to report suspicious transactions to relevant financial intelligence authorities. Accounts suspected of money laundering will be immediately frozen, funds held pending investigation, and the matter referred to authorities without prior notice.
Liability and Law
Limitation of Liability and Governing Law
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 96ok shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruption. 96ok's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
96ok does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of 96ok complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
Governing law: These Terms and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be submitted to binding arbitration before any court proceedings are initiated. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Amendments
Changes to These Terms
96ok reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the 'Last Updated' date at the top of this page will be revised. We may also notify registered players of significant changes via the platform's internal messaging system or via SMS to the mobile number on your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.
Your continued use of 96ok after revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using 96ok and may close your account by contacting support. Any outstanding balance will be processed subject to the terms in force at the time the relevant transactions were made.
